Do you ship worldwide & where is your stock coming from 

Yes - we ship worldwide. We are in the process of expanding our company to provide global shipping. In doing so the 1Last team has multiple warehouses globally fulfilling orders. The team provide a seamless approach where your order will be distributed from a central location. 

All shipping is tracked, with an approximate processing time of 1-2 business days. Due to COVID-19, you may experience delays on delivery times – please check your tracking information. Tracking information will be available upon dispatch of your order. You will receive your tracking number via the email you placed your order through. Please check your junk/spam folder in case you’re unable to find your dispatch email.

Please Note: All pricing is displayed in AUD. Shipping times begin from the date of dispatch.

International orders may incur import duties and taxes, these are payable by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information, to see if this is applicable to your destination. Parcels sent that have their customs and duties taxes refused will be returned to sender and refunded less delivery & cost of return to our warehouse. 

Please note that all shipping methods as listed above are an estimated time of delivery* and we are not responsible for any delays experienced by the couriers when delivering your Parcel. The shipping aspect of your order is a seperate service from 1Last Apparel and we reserve the right to not issue a refund on orders if packages are experiencing delays.

We are not liable for any losses incurred during any natural disasters (inclusive of, but not limited to floods, fires, tornados), terrorist attacks or threats of terrorism, customs service strikes/postal service strikes, civil conflict, riots, invasions or occupancy, extreme weather conditions, or failure of telecommunication networks.

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
